So i started on Hairfinity! Let's see how it goes. I'm gonna try it for a year and see what kind of results I get. Let's hope for the best. I'm only going for armpit length. I don't need all the work that comes with brastrap and buttbone. Too much!

Do you boo

As you are on your natural hair journey remember just because we may take the same path doesn't mean we're gonna end up in the same place. In other words if you see somebody that has the hair of your dreams and you copy their regimen to a T you may not get the same results. Don't worry, the main goal is healthy hair , nothing wrong with wanting length, but with that comes more responsibility....are you ready?

It's hard out here for a natural

I can understand why some newly and seasoned naturals want to give up and revert to the creamy crack., it's hard! Depending on your hair texture you may have no clue on how to style it and when you're use to your hair being silky smooth who wants to struggle with trying to get a big unbreakable comb ,that sometimes breaks(ask me how I know)through it. It's a journey you have to work with your hair, get to know what works for you and what doesn't. What may be a miracle cure for one or most naturals may be your worst nightmare! We are not all created equal. Continue on your journey, find another natural friend to encourage you along the way and know you can do this.

P.S. Be careful with those DIY remedies for your hair. Yeah I tried to make some coconut whipped cream for my hair and it looked more like coconut soup(epic fail)! Lol
I'll keep trying though

I vote for the term "Wash and Go" to be named something else, cause it's technically not a wash and go....too much work! Maybe it should be called "Wash and Prep" I'm just sayin.

Ok so there are still a few of us who still pull out some "baby hair" on a finished do myself included. When you attempt to do this only pull from the small flyaways on your hairline. If you have to part it, if you can braid it......it's not gonna look right at all.

Stay beautiful .

Remember with the hotter weather occurring our hair really needs that TLC so it doesn't dry out. Make sure you have a good moisturizer handy and believe it or not water is the best! You can even make your own. Get your dollar water bottle some olive oil or any essential oil you like and mix it with water, shake it up and there you have it. You can try mixing your water with aloe vera juice too. Good for the hair , but will turn your twists to coils. I liked it though.
Stay beautiful!
P.S. Don't skip moisturizing or conditioning because you have braids.
